Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment The booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit or the full amount. The balance of the total amount must be paid before collecting the vehicle or boat. 2. Cancellation and Modification of the Booking Free cancellation: it is possible to cancel the booking without penalties up to 12 hours before the agreed time. Rescheduling: it is possible to change the date and time of the booking up to 12 hours before, without additional costs, subject to availability. Late cancellations and No-Show: If the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than 1 hour before or the customer does not show up (No-Show), 100% of the total amount will be charged. 3. Collection and Delivery The customer must present a valid document and a driving license suitable for the type of vehicle or boat. The vehicle or vessel must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with a full tank (if applicable). 4. Tips To ensure the availability of the chosen vehicle, it is advisable to book well in advance. In the event of a delay in collection, promptly inform customer service to avoid charges. Be sure to check the weather conditions in the case of boat rentals.
